Post-it® Designer Handbag Contest ("Contest")
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. How to Enter. No purchase necessary. Log onto www.post-it.ca ("Website") and click on the purse-shaped Post-it® Pop-up Note Dispenser, and follow the directions to enter between 9 a.m. EST on September 1, 2009 until 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2010 ("Contest Period"). The Contest Period is divided into five (5) Contest Quarters ("Contest Quarters"). The Contest Quarters are:

9:00 a.m. EST September 1, 2009 to 11:59pm EST December 31, 2009
12:00 a.m. EST January 1, 2010 to 11:59 pm EST March 31, 2010
12:00 a.m. EST April 1, 2010 to 11:59 p.m. EST June 30, 2010
12:00 a.m. EST July 1, 2010 to 11:59 p.m. EST September 30, 2010
12:00 a.m. EST October 1, 2010 to 11:59 p.m. EST December 30, 2010

All entrants must have a valid email address. Contestants must fully complete the entry form by entering their name, email address and phone number. Contestants must have read and understood the rules, be of the age of majority in their province of residence and be residents of Canada in order to enter the contest. When all required fields are completed, click the "Submit" button to complete your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address in each Contest Quarter. If it is discovered that you have attempted to enter more than once per person/email address during each Contest Quarter, then all of your entries will be void. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries will be rejected if entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.

2. Eligibility. This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (including Quebec) who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of 3M Canada Company (the "Sponsor"), its retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies.

3. Prizes. There will be five (5) Grand Prizes awarded each consisting of a designer handbag valued at approximately $1000 each, including taxes. One winner will be randomly selected from the total number of eligible entrants per Contest Quarter for a prize. Odds of winning are random and depend on the total number of submitted entries per contest quarter. There will be five (5) winners total (one from each quarterly contest).

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or a prize component with one of equal or greater value. Maximum of one (1) Grand Prize per person/email address during the Contest Period.

4. Winner Selection. There will be one (1) eligible winner of a Grand Prize randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Contest Quarter. There will be five (5) draws in total over the Contest Period. The draws will take place in London, Ontario at 11 a.m. on or about January 15th, 2010; April 15th, 2010; July 15th, 2010; October 15th, 2010; and Jan 14th, 2011 for the immediately preceding Contest Quarter. Odds of your entry being selected for the Grand Prize depend on the total number of entries received during each Contest Quarter.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be notified by email, at the email address provided in their entry form to the contest, and will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question and sign and return within 10 business days of notification a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, which: (i) releases Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability relating to the selected entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt/use/misuse of a prize; and (ii) grants Sponsor the unrestricted right to use selected entrant’s name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, worldwide including without limitation, print, broadcast, entertainment programming or the Internet. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted by email or telephone within 10 business days, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or fails to return the Contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit their prize and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant from all remaining eligible entries. The winning names can be obtained by visiting www.post-it.ca for up to one (1) month after each official draw date outlined Section 4 above.

5. General Conditions. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility whatsoever for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. Quebec residents please note: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The decisions of the Contest judges with respect to all aspects of this contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. No correspondence in regard to this Contest will be entered into except with selected entrants. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use/misuse of any prize and release Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind in connection therewith.

Without limitation, the Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies will not be liable for any failure of the Website during the Contest; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies or the contest judges for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Contest.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid online entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

The Sponsor reserves the right at any time without notice to terminate, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, for any reason, including without limitation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind without prior notice or obligation.

Sponsor is legally required to ensure that all personal information disclosed to or received from third parties is appropriately used, disclosed and protected. Personal information is defined as any piece of information, about an identifiable individual but does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization, which is the information used for this Contest. Sponsor will use any personal information only for purposes of administering the Contest. No disclosure of personal information to third parties is needed under this Contest. Entries will be retained for a reasonable period of time following delivery of prizes under the Contest Rules. By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest, unless the entrant otherwise agrees
